Day spiritual breaks for the Laity, Religious and Priests

A spiritual break can be defined as a pause in daily life to focus on the spiritual life. These breaks can be taken in various ways, whether individually, as a family, or in groups, and can be customized to suit your schedule and preferences. A whole day or a few hours are set aside for prayer, silence, and spiritual guidance.

Date: Half-day (9 am to 1:30 PM inclusive of lunch) or full-day (9 am to 6:00 PM inclusive of lunch and tea) on a date of your choice (preferably week-days)

  • Retreatants are led on a journey, through the lens of Ignatian Spirituality, to reflect on their daily experiences and find the presence of God in every moment.
  • This approach enables individuals to see their lives in a new light and find meaning and purpose in even the most mundane aspects of their existence.

Ignatian leadership orientations refer to the leadership principles and values inspired by the teachings of St. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits). These orientations emphasize a holistic and values-based approach to leadership that integrates spiritual, ethical, and moral dimensions.

  • A specially designed orientation for school and college cabinet leaders and monitors to understand what leadership is in today’s world
  • The students will learn how to find God in leadership
  • This orientation will help them to serve the school better

Ignatian orientations, inspired by the teachings of St. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits), to help teachers and professors to find God in their service to students.

Date: Half-day (9 am to 1:30 PM inclusive of lunch) on a date chosen by the school or college

  • A specially designed orientation for school and college teachers and professors to understand what teaching is in today’s world.
  • The orientation will help them to understand themselves and their students.
  • This orientation will also highlight the dimension of collaboration between teachers and students.
